The Uniko challenge this month is 'Spring' with the optional addition of Easter.

For me, Spring flowers are bright yellow and pink like daffodils and primulas.
Wonderfully fresh and cheering as Spring starts to blossom.
Hence the colours of my card!

This month we have 2 Guest Designers, Marianne and Milka, joining the DT blog hop.

Uniko Stamp Sets used: Flower Power 7

Using the picture inspiration from Just Us Girls.
The CAS Mixup wants Smooshing, Stamping and at least 1 other medium.

I hope those of you in the UK with children enjoyed a relaxing Mother's Day.

I had a wonderfully lazy day, a sunny walk in the countryside, yummy food and a spot of crafting.

Off to eat my box of chocolates now!

Less Is More have the cue word 'frame'.

I've gone for a clean, non-fussy look for this Sympathy card.

I didn't want to go for anything fancy and I think the frame just sets the card off without being fussy.

Happy Saturday peeps!

The Stamp, Ink, Paper challenge want "Happy Birthday" cards and
AAA cards want die-cuts.
I've used one of my fave dies which makes this unusual folded card base.

Can't beat a bit of glitter and bling for a Birthday card,

or any card for that matter!

Its Hip, Hip, Hooray in my neck of the woods

as the sun has finally got his hat on after a very cold drizzly start to the week.

So I'm off out to play with the dog.

Hope the sun is shining on you too.

I was inspired by Seize The Birthday's challenge of black, white and 1 colour.

I'm over at the Uniko Studio blog today,

(please do join me over THERE)

with some more ideas for one layer, masculine cards.

A double whammy as a lot of people seem to dislike both these sorts of cards!

Thanks for stopping by.

I was inspired by this week's Color Throwdown's combo,
green, gold and black for St Patrick's Day.

The Uniko DT have been revisiting the "Some Bunny" stamp set this month so it seemed apt to use this litle fella for an Easter Bunny card!
